All our products are custom-made based on the details you provide (images, titles, subtitles, messages, and voice recordings). Because of this, all sales are final once submitted.

Please make sure all your inputs are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for typos, incorrect audio, or content that was submitted incorrectly.

2. Audio Submissions

After checkout, you will be prompted to record or upload your audio message.
By submitting your voice recording:

• You confirm that it is your original content.

• You give us permission to include it in your personalized product.

• We will never use your recording for anything else without your consent.

3. Turnaround and Shipping

Production time begins once we receive your complete order and audio. Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note: Holidays and high-volume seasons may extend delivery times.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns once the order is placed.
However, if your card arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and appropriate content

• Use your own email and contact information

• Not upload or submit any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates someone else’s rights
