At Joke Time With Nico, every card is made just for you — printed with care and paired with your custom voice message. Because each order is uniquely personalized, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

🎯 Eligibility for Returns or Replacements:

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your card arrives damaged or defective.

• You receive the wrong design or order.

• The audio module does not work properly.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Because of the personalized nature of our cards (custom audio, photo, text), we cannot accept returns for reasons like:

• Change of mind

• Typographical errors in your submission

• Unsuitable audio recording provided by the customer

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been issued.
